Services
We perform home inspections according to the Home Inspection Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics. We also offer ancillary inspections. These are additional types of inspections that you may be interested in hiring us to perform for you. Feel free to ask your inspector about additional inspection services.
Qualifications
Our inspectors are Certified Professional Inspectors CPI® trained by InterNACHI—the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors, which is the world's largest nonprofit association of residential and commercial property inspectors that provides education, training, and certification.
Sample Reports
At the end of the inspection, we will produce a written inspection report for you. The report will be easy to read and clear to understand. We will include pictures of the systems and components of the home and building that we inspect. We will also provide a summary of the defects that we observed during the inspection.
About Us
We have settled in the north Puget Sound area after I switched to Quality Control for the same company. I decided to put my skills together, my construction past, and my engineering and quality assurance to help others find where they will settle for the long or short term. I want to use my combined knowledge to help others make an informed decision on the largest purchase most of us will ever make.

Meet the Inspector
My name is Steven Krogh
I was born and raised in Montana. Worked in many aspects of residential and commercial construction. After being laid off during the recession I went back to school earning an engineering degree. After graduation I started a job in south west Washington managing multiple material sites for a heavy civil construction company. that is where I met the love of my life and the mother of my 3 beautiful daughters.
